Replacements or store credit may be approved for the following situations after review:

Receiving the incorrect quantity of items
Products damaged prior to delivery to the customer
Other qualifying issues identified upon review
Please note:
We are not responsible for packages that are misplaced, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
Seal Policy
To be considered for a replacement or store credit:
Seals must be intact and unopened.
Products with opened or broken seals are not eligible for return or replacement.
Herbal teas and body products with broken or opened seals are not eligible for return or replacement, except in limited cases and solely at our discretion upon review.
Non-Refundable Purchases
Due to the nature of our products and our status as a small business: All purchases are final and non-refundable.
In approved cases, customers may be eligible for a replacement item or store credit only, not a refund.
