• Products damaged prior to delivery to the customer

We are not responsible for packages that are misplaced, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

Seal Policy

To be considered for a replacement or store credit:

• Seals must be intact and unopened.

• Products with opened or broken seals are not eligible for return or replacement.

• Herbal teas and body products with broken or opened seals are not eligible for return or replacement, except in limited cases and solely at our discretion upon review.

Non-Refundable Purchases

Due to the nature of our products and our status as a small business: All purchases are final and non-refundable.

In approved cases, customers may be eligible for a replacement item or store credit only, not a refund.
